Welcome to Parabyte Learning, the online learning platform provided by Parabyte Media Limited (“Parabyte Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of the Parabyte Learning platform (“Parabyte Learning” or “the platform”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Parabyte Learning.

  • You are solely responsible for any content you submit, upload, or display on Parabyte Learning, including comments, questions, and contributions to course discussions.
  • By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

2.2. Prohibited Content

You may not post or upload content that is:

  • Infringing on the rights of others.
  • False, misleading, or fraudulent.
  • Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory.
  • Harmful, including viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • In violation of applicable laws and regulations.
